As Assistant Retail Manager you will be supporting our Retail Manager decide which products to buy and how they are displayed. You will have the chance to take ownership of our shop, how it is run and ensure we do the right thing for our visitors.

As well as having a real passion for retail and visual merchandising, we need someone who has a practical hands-on approach, with supervisory skills to deal with everything from the challenges of delivering effective displays, to understanding the importance of KPI’s, to ordering, managing stock and improving profits. Above all, you’ll be a talented retailer with proven visual merchandising skills and a desire to inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
