ASSISTANT RETAIL MANAGER

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team.  You will bring your passion for retail, merchandising and your love of providing genuine customer service.

As Assistant Retail Manager you will be supporting our Retail Manager decide which products to buy and how they are displayed.  You will have the chance to take ownership of our shop, how it is run and ensure we do the right thing for our visitors.

Main responsibilities – assist the Retail Manager:

  • Expand on our success by maximising sales and profit
  • Achieve results through visual merchandising and make our shop “zing”!
  • Provide hands on leadership enabling the team to reach their full potential
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • To continually improve standards
