This is an operational role with strong client service imperatives.  To assist in the delivery of operational excellence in staging weddings, events and other activities in Commissioner’s House, the Mess Deck and at any of the Trust’s other facilities, both commercial and Trust based.  The position will require work during unsociable hours (week-end and early morning / late night working) and will involve physical activity, such as moving furniture.  ‘Detail’ is key in this position, as is an ability to follow orders to the letter and a willingness to learn and improve both the customer experience and the Trust’s operational procedures.
