This role will be responsible to the Visitor Operations Manager for the day to day running of the Visitor Services department on the ground and fulfilling the Daily Duty Manager role on a rotational basis. Support the Visitor Operations Manager in the smooth running of the department by taking the lead on staffing requirements.
Please note that this role will be required to work one weekend day as part of a five day week during open season (February – November).
