Audio-Described Tour: Ocean Photographer of the Year
28 Apr 2026

Step into a world of colour, movement and life beneath the waves with our latest temporary exhibition, Ocean Photographer of the Year. Experience a breathtaking collection of award-winning images celebrating the beauty and fragility of our blue planet.
The exhibition includes audio description of selected works and specially created three-dimensional images that can be explored through touch.
To enhance the experience, we are offering a specially tailored audio described tour for blind and visually impaired visitors and their families.
This audio described tour is delivered by a member of our staff and facilitated by local artist Wendy Daws of the MESS ROOM, a community arts studio based at Sun Pier House, Chatham, who works in partnership with Kent Association for the Blind.
Thanks to funding from Arts Council England, we are able to offer this tour on a complimentary basis.
