Join British Sign Language (BSL) tour guide John Wilson for a deaf-led version of our Historic Dockyard Tour.
Discover the stories that make up the 400-year history of the most complete and best-preserved dockyard of the age of sail.
This tour offers a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the lesser-known parts of the Dockyard, where you can learn more about the buildings, their original uses and the people who occupied them.
Please note this is a walking tour and will last for 90 minutes.

FURTHER Information
- The tour is free to attend (a ticket to the Historic Dockyard is not required)
- Spaces are limited and very popular, so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
- John will meet you by the Mess Deck Restaurant for the start of your tour. The tour will start at 12pm and will last approximately 90 minutes.
- The restaurant is open from 10am and you are welcome to arrive early and purchase tea or coffee.
- There is free parking on site and the galleries are fully accessible.
- Please note that not all of the ships are fully accessible.
