coir

Coir rope is formed from the outer shell of the coconut and is grown in India, Portugal and Brazil.

Many uses have been found for this traditional product. It’s very light and can float but it isn’t very strong.

When the strands of coir are put together to create the big 96mm coir it makes a fantastic garden border and has been used on golf courses.

Important: Make sure you buy the right diameter as rope swells.
