Monsters of the Deep inspired lanterns displayed at Brompton Lightspaces

Brompton Light Spaces 5

The Historic Dockyard Chatham recently participated in the Brompton Lightspaces parade (part of the Electric Medway Festival), where we proudly showcased our mesmerising Monsters of the Deep-inspired lanterns. Among these captivating creations was Salamis the Sea Serpent, which enthralled attendees during an enchanting evening of digital art and light.

The Brompton Lightspaces parade originated from outside the Dockyard Main Gate and was led by the community group The Wave, from Mrs Baker’s Theatre Company. Accompanying them were our astonishing sea creature lanterns, which were skillfully crafted in collaboration with Intra Arts.

If you haven’t had the opportunity to immerse yourself in the extraordinary Monsters of the Deep exhibition, now is the time to do so! Hurry, as this is the final weekend to witness this breathtaking display. Your annual admission ticket grants you access to this remarkable exhibition.
