Visitor Catering and Hospitality Assistant (Part-time Seasonal)

We are looking for Visitor Catering and Hospitality Assistants to join our professional and diverse Visitor Catering and Hospitality team providing an exceptional, welcoming, inclusive and first-class experience to the visiting public and for private events.
We are dedicated to providing exceptional services throughout all of our catering and hospitality operations. From delivering a wedding on board a historic warship to the day to day operations within our busy catering outlets, our Visitor Catering and Hospitality Assistants are key to ensuring that every visitor enjoys a safe and enjoyable experience. We aim to create a friendly environment with a positive attitude, a warm welcome and ongoing excellent customer care.
The post involves working weekdays, weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays, on occasion early mornings. Visitor Catering and Hospitality Assistants are required to be adaptable to all working positions within the catering and hospitality functions, this includes table service, bar duties, and the ability to deliver the day to day wellbeing and safety to our customers throughout their visit and/or event within a hospitality focused environment.
If you have exceptional customer service skills, relevant experience within a catering and hospitality environment, and a passion for working with people, we would be delighted to hear from you.
