Spring is in the air and it’s that time of year to start preparing your garden for vegetables and trailing flowers.
Our coir twine is the perfect choice for trailing your plants.
It is our aim to despatch your goods within 2-4 days of ordering. You will receive a confirmation of your order from our website. If there are any problems with despatch due to stock or unforeseen circumstances, you will be contacted immediately with an estimated delivery time.
Small items for example skipping ropes, dog toys, wreaths will be sent via APC couriers. These items will take 2-3 days to reach you. You will need to take delivery of your parcel. If you are not at home, APC will leave a card for you to rearrange delivery. Cost for these items to be sent to you will be £10.50.
International shipping is available but a postage quote will have to be obtained by calling 01634 823890 during opening hours. These will be sent using Airway Post or a courier. If there is going to be any delay in despatching goods you will be informed.
If you are ordering a coil of rope that needs to be delivered on a pallet you will need to have access at home for a palletiser to deliver the pallet to a convenient place. Please contact 01634 823890 for larger orders as pallet delivery charges are weight based and can vary according to your post code. The cost of a pallet delivery starts at £52.00 + vat.

- Please check all items immediately upon arrival.
- We cannot refund or accept any returns for cut lengths of rope, custom orders and orders including specialized work due to their custom made nature.
- With the exception of faulty goods, return postage cannot be refunded and we will not give any refunds until the goods have been received by us.
- There will be a charge for any collections and redeliveries that need to be made.
- If you need to return a small item, then please use registered post as we cannot be responsible for goods that do not reach us. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.
