Description
Heart Wreaths are produced with Chatham Hemp and make a great gift for that someone special. Add a ribbon or yarn to hang the heart on your door or wall at home.
The heart wreaths are supplied plain but if you would like us to add some additional flowers please call 01634 823890.
Our heart wreaths come in 3 different sizes.
It is our aim to despatch your goods within 2-4 days of ordering. You will receive a confirmation of your order from our website. If there are any problems with despatch due to stock or unforeseen circumstances, you will be contacted immediately with an estimated delivery time.
Delivery charges are based on Royal Mail Standard UK delivery charge of £5.00 flat fee.

Should you wish to return an order you have made, you will need to include your order number and reason for return when returning items to us.
If you wish to return unwanted goods, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please quote your “Online Order Reference Number” and Contact Us with your request. Unwanted goods must be returned in perfect new condition, in their original packaging and you must state the reason for the return.
- We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
- We can only accept returns from the customer that originally purchased the items.

If you choose to return an unwanted order, we will not be responsible for the cost of returning the items nor for any goods lost in transit.
UK orders returned to us in full will receive a full refund that includes both original delivery and item costs.
A refund will be processed within 14 days of CHDT Trading LTD receiving the goods.
You may also return goods by bringing them, with your Online Order Reference Number, to the main visitor entrance of The Historic Dockyard Chatham. A refund will be processed within 14 days of our team receiving the goods.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
Damaged Goods:
If you have received damaged or incorrect goods, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.
We will ask you to return the items(s) to us, retaining proof of purchase, and adequate insurance cover, should the parcel be lost.
