Office 301 of the Clocktower Building, a second floor West facing office that looks out onto Britain’s only surviving World War 2 destroyer, is available on lease with flexible terms by negotiation.
Due to being Britain’s oldest surviving storehouse in a Royal Naval dockyard, the building remains cool in the summer and warm in the winter thanks to the building’s thick walls. Other historic features include beams made from historic ships throughout the demise and building.
On the ground floor, tenants of the Clocktower may enjoy a breakout space to relax from the office and meet clients, and just opposite the building there is also a cafe for lunch and coffee.
