The Guard House is home to two award winning artists who have converted the historical building into an art studio for their sculptures and kiln art, whilst the ground floor of the Sail and Colour Loft provides open plan offices for two Design Companies. We also take great pride in having The Joiners Shop located on our premises. It serves as a hub for several start-up companies and provides a flexible workspace in a serviced environment, specifically tailored for the creative sector. Over the years, The Historic Dockyard has become renowned for nurturing and supporting the creative industries. Many of these enterprises have flourished and expanded, transitioning into larger premises within our site.
