I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to you and all your team for giving Rusthall Cubs such a fantastic weekend again. The Cubs absolutely loved the experience and have already been asking when they can go again! All your team worked so tirelessly to make sure everything ran efficiently, from the catering staff, tour guides to the security officer on board. We would especially like to thank Karen(?) who, stepped in at the last minute to look after us on board the Cavalier Saturday evening. The Cubs have learnt so much from your guides and they kept them engaged and interested so well. Thank you once again. We will most certainly be back in the future.

The fifteen members of Tonbridge Lions Club had an absolutely lovely day at the Dockyard today. Everyone of the staff members we encountered today were most pleasant and helpful and ensured that a fulfilling time was had by all of us who attended. Of particular note I would ask that you pass our sincere thanks to Claire who was our site guide this morning. Her knowledge, enthusiasm, welfare focus and good humour was much valued and enjoyed. Also, would you also extend our thanks to Malcolm in the Ropery. His knowledge and expertise was, once again, much appreciated by all. He delivered a very interesting guide to ropemaking, with skill, very good humour and audience participation, which was genuinely much enjoyed by our Group.

Just a quick report back on our visit – really positive! Everyone was expecting us in each place and the whole thing ran very smoothly. Special praise to the learning team both for the shipbuilding exercise which was once again brilliant and for the evening tour of Cavalier which was pitched exactly right for our cadets and got them interacting very happily. Your overnight supervisor on Cavalier was also charming and sensitive. And secondly huge praise to the catering staff – chef and her team were spot on, it was all so smoothly and well done, with full attention to all the info we had sent. We felt extremely well catered for and looked after.

Just a quick note to say a big thank you to all the staff at Chatham who made our visit a memorable one. The way we were greeted on arrival was friendly and informative , our 2 tour guides whilst on the ship were fantastic with the kids, they kept there attention , were interesting and made it fun. The security watch man was great and nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent, and our guides in the ropery and the walk on tour again were excellent. I will definitely spread the word to other groups. Keep up the good work it was great to see how everything ran smoothly , quite refreshing in this day and age.
